Fall Back

The time change always messes with me. But never more than when I worked 12 Hour Night Shifts. 12 hour night shifts are brutal but with falling back those 12 hour shifts become 13 hours. I used to curse myself for not taking vacation when I realized that I was one of the poor souls having to work that shift.

My heart goes out to those who worked a 13 hour night shift last night. I whole heartedly feel for you.
