Mission Accomplished

This week has been a mission for me.

A mission to prove something to myself.

I have spent hour after hour,

day after day,

judging my words,

and my stories.

Judging myself,

while I

try to polish

and edit

my scripts

and get them honed into a draft

that I feel I can send off

to be read by others.

And then,

how wonderfully amazing,

to be reminded

out of the blue,

that I am not the only passenger

on this mission.
